About the project
OBJECTIVE
To promote the new UX Design course from Skillbox, created in collaboration with Michael Janda, author of Burn Your Portfolio.
BACKGROUND
Research suggests that by around 2030, many white-collar roles—such as accountants, auditors, managers, data entry clerks, and legal assistants—are at high risk of being replaced by artificial intelligence. In contrast, creative professions like designers and innovators are expected to be more resilient to automation.
IDEA
We developed IIBA (It Is Bot Alarm) as a creative warning system to alert people of potential digital vulnerabilities. Leveraging the open API of Shodan.io—the world’s first search engine for the Internet of Things—our bot scans for printers connected to the internet through port 9100. When it detects an open port, it sends a print command with a message. The goal? To spark curiosity and inspire people to start learning design and technology—right here, right now.
